Today marks 2 years of starting Observe.AI. I still remember the day when it was just the founders working out of my living room in Bengaluru. In 2 years, we are 36 extremely strong minds spread across two offices in San Francisco and Bengaluru.

Today marks 2 years of starting Observe.AI. I still remember the day when it was just the founders working out of my living room in Bengaluru. In 2 years, we are 36 extremely strong minds spread across two offices in San Francisco and Bengaluru.

When I look back at our first investor deck, I realize how far we have come in terms of the clarity of vision and proof of execution. From a rough idea to the vision of building the first and the best Conversational Service Automation in the world - we have come a long way.

Our voice AI platform is becoming stronger by the day. Our product has better accuracy in speech to text than Google/Amazon for call center data. We have built the only speech (tonality) based sentiment in the world. More to follow.

We have seen a huge pull for AI in the call center market and in just first 8 months of Go-To-Market, we have acquired 60+ customers including 1 Fortune 100 customer, 1 Fortune 500 customer and 2 of the biggest cloud contact center companies as channel partners. This tremendous momentum has further bolstered our confidence and commitment to transform the 100B+ market. We are just getting started!

Our investors have supported us through thick and thin. We have raised about $9M in 2 rounds of venture funding from some of the best investors.

I am extremely grateful to this wonderful team, our customers who have been excellent product partners, a thoughtful and supportive set of investors and my dear cofounders!
